By using sailusharr.com or purchasing products/services from Sai Lu Sharr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase.

1. Who we are

This website and its products are provided by Sai Lu Sharr. Contact: sailusharr@gmail.com.

2. What we offer

We may offer:

• Free content (essays, resources)
• Digital products (for example Marketing Health Checker)
• Advisory / consulting applications
• Training waitlists and future courses or live sessions

Product details, pricing, and availability may change. The Store and product pages describe what is included at the time of purchase.

3. Accounts and access

Some products require email-based access after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for keeping access details private and for using only your own authorized access. Do not share, resell, or publicly redistribute paid digital products unless we give written permission.

4. Orders and payment

Orders may be placed through the website forms we provide. Payment may be completed through methods shown at checkout (for example KBZPay). Access is typically granted after we verify payment. Incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable payment details may delay or cancel delivery.

Prices are shown in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) unless stated otherwise. Promotional prices (for example pre-launch offers) are valid only for the stated period.

5. Digital products — refunds

Because Marketing Health Checker and similar digital products provide immediate or near-immediate access to assessment content and results, all sales are generally final once access has been delivered or the assessment has been used.

If you have a technical problem that prevents use of a product you paid for, email sailusharr@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will try to fix access. Refunds, if any, are at our discretion for unresolved technical failure on our side.

6. Advisory and training

Advisory spots may be limited. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Scheduling, fees, and scope are confirmed separately after application/payment steps shown on the advisory pages.

Training waitlist signup is not a purchase. Joining the waitlist means we may contact you when a program opens.

7. Results and no guarantees

Marketing tools, assessments, essays, and advice are for education and decision support. They do not guarantee sales, revenue, rankings, or business outcomes. You remain responsible for decisions you make for your business.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the site, attempt to break security, or overload our systems
• Submit false payment proofs or fraudulent information
• Copy, scrape, or republish our paid materials without permission
• Use our content to harass, spam, or mislead others

9. Intellectual property

Site design, text, frameworks, assessments, and branding are owned by Sai Lu Sharr unless otherwise noted. You may share free public essays with credit and a link. You may not copy paid products or course materials for redistribution.

10. Third-party services

The site may link to third parties (social platforms, payment apps, form tools). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sai Lu Sharr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
